Listening well and supporting others have always come naturally to me. My career journey as a therapist has only strengthened my skills and have helped me turn my passion into a career. My main goal as a mental health professional is to help my clients improve their feelings of self-worth and to be a guide while they face life’s challenges. I strive to create a safe, positive, and non-judgmental space that allows my clients to confront and overcome their struggles.
When I offer insight and different perspectives, I keep in mind the broader influence of your cultural context, family, and friends in your life as we work together to achieve your goals. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy. Together, we can discover solutions and healing that contribute to building a strong support system and brighter future that aligns with your values.
