  1. Click the button below
  2. Enter your email address & hit send link
  3. You will receive a link to access your portal. No passwords necessary!

Joining a Telehealth Call

Phone or Tablet

To join the video call from a phone or tablet, download the Telehealth by SimplePractice mobile app here:

Joining on a Computer

  • Open your email or text reminder and click the unique video appointment link.
  • A new browser tab will open.
  • Click Allow when your browser asks for permission to use your camera and microphone.
  • Type your name on the screen.
  • Click Join Video Call (or Start video appointment)
